I wanted to drop you a short note to let you know that we recently had a water heater issue and called Michael Sydorko for assistance. Not only did he respond promptly, but he persisted for the better part of the day (working with the manufacturer) to figure out the problem and get it corrected. He had to make a run to Baltimore for parts. In the end, he fixed the problem but refused to charge me.

Obviously, Ginger and I were pleased.
